Jalapeno Sauce/Dressing (FTDI)

You guys have to make some super yummy and simple Jalapeno Chicken breast! It can be mild or spicy depending on how you make it but seriously it changes up the monotony of the same ol chicken all the time (and yes it can be FTDI...see my note in my recipe below)!

ALSO, my jalapeno sauce can be a salad dressing too, OR a dipping sauce!!

Here's how to make the sauce......

JALAPENO SAUCE/DRESSING (FTDI) MooMoo Jackson Style

Ingredients: 1/2 a jalapeno de-seeded (no seeds for mild, leave the seeds for spicy) 2 green onion sprigs 1/4 bunch of cilantro 1 lime freshly squeezed 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp White Distilled Vinegar 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil (Use water if you are 100% FTDI) Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions: 1) Put everything in a food processor (I used my Vitamix) and puree it until smooth. 2) Put it all over 1lb of raw chicken breast and bake at 350° for approx 35mins, or use the sauce as a salad dressing, or use it as a dip for your cooked chicken.

Yummy!!

Take a look at my pictures for more details!

Recipe Q & A's:

Q: Are jalapenos FTDI?

A: Yes! Salsa is FTDI which means salsa ingredients are FTDI--tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, lime.

Q: Is this sauce spicy?

A: It can be mild or spicy depending on how you make it. If you take all the seeds out of the jalapeno it'll make it more mild and if you leave the seeds it'll be more spicy. Some jalapenos are spicier than others so it'll depend on that as well. It's refreshing and yummy though!

Q: Can I use a blender for this recipe?

A: A blender will make this sauce a little more chunky than I like it but that is up to you. I like mine more pureed so I use my Vitamix. You can also use a food processor or anything that will puree the sauce.

Q: Is Olive Oil FTDI?

A: No! If you are 100% FTDI then use water in place of olive oil. If no then you can use olive oil and it'll still be a healthy sauce!

Q: Is White Vinegar FTDI?

A: Yes! You can find that info in your FTDI Bible.
