Mango and Chamoy Popsicles (FTDI)


Make a healthy, refreshing, yummy, FTDI Mango and Chamoy (pick a zero calories Chamoy) popsicle in your own freezer! <3 MooMoo Jackson

Ingredients:

Mango flavored BCAA's OR Mango flavored water enhancer (make sure it's a zero calories water enhancer if you're doing FTDI)

Water

Liquid Chamoy (pick a zero calories one--Amor Chamoy is zero cal)

Tajin

**FOR CLEAN EATING RECIPE (NOT FTDI) BLEND FROZEN MANGO PIECES AND WATER IN A BLENDER INSTEAD OF BCAA'S OR FLAVORED WATER ENHANCER***

Instructions:

1) Shake water and BCAA's or flavored water enhancer (however much you want to make) together in a shaker bottle to the taste you like.

2) Use little plastic or paper cups with wooden sticks OR a popsicle mold. Carefully spoon some liquid chamoy down the sides of the cups/popsicle molds letting it pool a little at the bottom.

3) Slowly and delicately pour the Mango flavored mixture into the cup/molds trying not to disturb the chamoy (it's thick so this should work ok).

4) Let the popsicles freeze solid (approx 6-8hrs) then take them out of the cup/mold by running them under a little warm water until they release then sprinkle as much Tajin as you want on the outside of them and ENJOY!!
