FAJITAS! (FTDI)
Chop all your salsa ingredients up, SAUTÉ them and add them to ANY FTDI DISH!
Instead of glopping cold salsa on top of your chicken, make basically a "rough chopped" pico de gallo and sauté it with boneless, skinless, chicken breast for some FTDI Fajitas! It changes things up a little and makes FTDI exciting again! YUMMMMM!!!
FAJITAS (FTDI)
MooMoo Jackson Style
Ingredients:
White Onion
Jalapeño
Fresh Garlic
Tomato
Fresh squeezed Lime or Lemon Juice
Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions: 1. Cut all ingredients up in long pieces like you would see in fajitas. 2. Sauté all ingredients together in an uncovered skillet sprayed with zero calorie cooking spray until softened but not mush. 3. Feel free to top any dish with this fajita sauté (I like to spice up my egg whites with it for breakfast) or throw boneless, skinless chicken breast, any approved fish, or steak (if you're not in a challenge) into the mixture and cook like fajitas!
