Veggie Egg Drop Soup (Can be FTDI)

I made some Veggie Egg Drop Soup for the 21 day Standard Process Cleanse that I'm doing. This cleanse is HARD but as usual I'm getting creative with the food! You don't have to be doing the cleanse to make this soup! It's clean eating, great for chilly days and super simple, YUMMY--plus it can easily be FTDI!!

LET'S TAKE CARE OF OUR BODIES AND PROLONG OUR PRECIOUS LIVES!!!!❤️

⭐⭐ SEE MY NOTES BELOW ON HOW THIS CAN BE FTDI!!!⭐⭐

Here's how I make it:

Veggie Egg Drop Soup (Can be FTDI) MooMoo Jackson Style

This recipe makes 2 portions.

Ingredients: 6 whole eggs (for FTDI use 2 portions of egg whites) Handful of broccoli florets Handful of cauliflower florets Handful of carrots (for FTDI use any FTDI approved veggies plus onion and garlic) One white onion roughly chopped 2 garlic cloves minced 4 cups of store bought Organic Chicken OR Vegetable Broth (for FTDI use homemade chicken broth--I'll post my simple recipe below for that....you can also use water but it won't be as tasty) 1/4 cup of Bragg's Liquid Aminos Pink Himalayan Salt to taste Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 1) Combine everything except the eggs in a soup pot and bring it to a boil on high heat for 5mins. 2) Reduce heat to low and once the water isn't rapid drop the eggs (or egg whites if FTDI) into the soup, stir them up right away and make sure to break the yolks open while stirring. 3) Simmer the soup until eggs are cooked and veggies are tender then ENJOY!

Portion info: ⭐⭐I LIKE TO POUR THIS SOUP ON TOP OF MY PORTION OF COOKED BROWN RICE OR QUINOA THAT WAY THERE'S A PROTEIN (egg), VEGGIE, AND CARB!!! This recipe is 2 portions. Once it's cooked split the whole pot of soup into 2 servings.

RECIPE Q & A's:

Q: Are carrots and cauliflower FTDI?

A: No! In order for this soup to be FTDI you will need to use only veggies from the FTDI approved list!
