Avocado Mango Salsa (Clean Eating & Vegan)
This is so refreshing, easy, delish, clean eating, vegan, and is great on top of ANYTHING!
Avocado Mango Salsa (Clean Eating & Vegan)
MooMoo Jackson Style
Ingredients:
2 ripe Avocados de-skinned and chopped
1/2 ripe Mango peeled and chopped
1 large tomato chopped
1 small jalapeno de-seeded and diced
1/2 white Onion chopped
1/2 bunch of Cilantro chopped
1 fresh lime juice
Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder or to taste
Instructions:
1) Chop and dice all ingredients, add seasonings and lime juice, then stir together, being careful not to mash up the avocado. SIMPLE, QUICK, YUMMY, HEALTHY!
